Precautions for installation
(1) Reasonable and effective motor mounting is a prerequisite for prolonging the service life of the motor. Generally speaking, the screws on top of any mechanical parts have certain torque requirements. This ensures the tightening strength of the screws. Depending on the specifications of the screws and the materials used for installation, the size of the torque is also different. When installing, you need to use a torque wrench, so as to ensure that the tightness of each screw is equal, too high torque will make the screws produce metal fatigue, reducing the service life of the screws, too low torque will make the screws easy to loosen, and ultimately accidents will occur.
(2) When installing, it is necessary to clean the motor and torque arm joint surface and apply lubricant before installation. And the screws used should be cleaned and lubricated. Finally, install the instructions for reasonable installation.
