1. Scratch reasons

Between the front end cover and the fixed flow distribution disk is the stator ring, and the clearance between them is very small.

Cycloid hydraulic motor work, the rotor in the stator ring rotation, and both sides of the contact surface to form a layer of lubricating oil film, when the impurities into the two contact surfaces between the lubricating oil film, resulting in direct friction and produce many small abrasive debris; such as hard impurity particles are squeezed in the rotor teeth and the two sides of the end of the face between the two sides of the rotor and the rotor together with the movement, but also cause regular wear and tear scratches situation.

 

2. Repair method

If the scratches are relatively minor, you can take the grinding method of repair, repeated grinding, and ultimately wear away the scratches on the surface, and to ensure that the surface has the lowest roughness and highest precision. When the surface scratches are deeper, and the surface also has sealing grooves and oil distribution channels, the grinding needs to pay attention to the dimensional requirements between them. Finally, after cleaning, assembly and test run, the machine proved to perform well and achieved the desired purpose of the restoration.

 

Cycloid hydraulic motor end face scratches need to be repaired in a timely manner, because with the stator, rotor end face contact with the front cover surface and the flow distribution disk scratches, will make the motor seven closed oil cavities with each other, resulting in a serious internal leakage of the motor, thus seriously affecting the motor output torque, the performance of the motor in the work of the motor work powerless. In the daily maintenance, we should pay attention to the timely replacement of the hydraulic system oil, remove the residual impurity particles and pollutants in the system; reset the high-precision oil filter; to the oil tank to install dust-proofing devices to prevent impurities from entering the oil tank; to strengthen the protective measures, regular inspections and oil change.
