Different types
Hydraulic valves can be divided into two parts: spool and body, which will be introduced separately.
First, Manufacture of spool
Spool and other precision parts are generally used 40Cr, Cr12MoV, 12CrNi3A, 18CrNiWA and GCr15 and other high-grade tool steel, high-alloy structural steel, high-quality steel and bearing steel and other materials. These materials have good wear resistance, small deformation and other advantages.
The process is as follows: cutting endface drilling center hole, rough and finish turning outer circle, endface and countersinking groove bore, etc., drilling, milling, heat treatment, resharpening center hole, grinding outer circle, and outer circle finishing machining. In grinding processing.
It is also divided into high finish (small surface roughness value) grinding, ultra-fine grinding and mirror grinding, and the surface roughness of the products they produce is from high to low. Among them, high finish grinding is characterized by high productivity and a wide range of applications.
These production processes are accomplished on CNC machine tools, which require auxiliary equipment such as fixtures, jaws and brazing tools to hold the workpiece to ensure machining accuracy.
Second, the manufacture of the valve body
Valve body material blank is generally used forging or casting. Forgings should first be solid solution treatment, so that the material crystalline organization of carbide dissolution austenite organization. Solid solution treatment of the material hardness is low, suitable for general machining.
The processing of the valve body is mainly the processing of the valve body holes, the process program needs to be developed according to the precision requirements, blank condition, workpiece material, equipment conditions and other factors. The following two process programs as an example to illustrate.
1. Reaming - rough boring - fine boring - reaming - grinding
This process program has a wider scope of application, suitable for valve hole size of the valve body processing. Reaming - boring - boring - reaming process can be completed in a machining center. The use of double-edged reaming drill can play a role in finding the role of straightening the valve hole, rough and finish boring of the processing volume is less and less, to further reduce the surface roughness value and improve the straightness of the role. Reaming mainly serves to determine the size. Finally, through grinding to achieve the technical requirements of the valve hole.
2. Expanded Bore-Rigid Boring and Reaming-Diamond Reaming
After expanding the diameter of the valve hole, the rigid boring and reaming process is used for semi-finishing, and then reamed with diamond reamer. Its characteristics are suitable for long diameter holes, its stability is good, and rigid boring reamer before and after the guide, to ensure the straightness of the workpiece requirements. The cutting principle of diamond reamer, similar to honing and grinding, also adopts the abrasive micro-knife cutting, but the requirements of the previous process are higher. Therefore, the diamond reamer is used in conjunction with the rigid boring reamer, which can ensure high machining accuracy and improve productivity.
After the completion of the main body of the hydraulic valve also needs surface treatment, the surface treatment of the hydraulic valve is to improve the service life and corrosion resistance of the hydraulic valve. Commonly used surface treatment includes heat treatment, plating, spraying and so on. Among them, heat treatment can improve the hardness and wear resistance of hydraulic valves, plating can form a protective film on the surface, spraying can improve the surface finish and corrosion resistance of hydraulic valves.
