On the spring it returns to vertical on its own
Neutral 0 position (rod vertical), actuator piston rod stationary - oil flows to overflow.
In working position 1 (lever set in forward tilted position), the piston rod of the actuator is extended.
Working position 2 (lever set diagonally back), actuator piston rod retracted.
